Chaix was outstanding. The following comments do not reflect her performance. I was assigned to 4 different loan officers during this process. When it was discovered that there was another person with a similar name that had a lien the issues began. He had a different middle initial and requested documentation was asked of me several times for the same issue. I was told at one point that I did not have a middle initial on my application. Easy to process Destini was courteous and helpful in explaining what was needed and steps in the process. Problems in the process were related to the fact the property only was in the trust.
Tyra was very pleasant to deal with over the phone. And was very prompt on answering email questions. Very please.
