This process was great it was easy to understand and I was walked through the process and all questions were answered promptly
Great experience
I went through TWO other mortgage companies.. that was a complete waste of time! I should have stayed with Penny mac the FIRST time!
It’s been a great experience working with Jenny and the whole team. Russell has been very helpful in all the process. I will refer Pennymac services to my friends and family.

Jesika and other staff were great to work with. Only issue was we couldn’t close sooner. Some information was not communicated till late in the process which caused us to close later than wanted but all is good!

My experience was overall pretty great. Everything was explained to us and whenever we had questions they were answered clearly in a timely fashion. Ms. Northcutt was also very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
Simple and clear process made the refinance very smooth.
