My loan officer was pleasant and professional. She always took the time to listen and explain everything. Overall the experience was quick and easy.
Communication, fast and understanding the whole process. Explanations were clear, they sent emails and caleed once a week before the closing to make sure everything is still clear and understanding before the closing. You called and talk to the same person.
Refinancing was easy and all questions were answered.

Refinance process went really fast, love that. Only not so great part is my credit score is awful now but that’s out of everyone’s control. Izabella Boyd also was SUPER helpful when I had questions I needed answered. Very pleased that I will have a lower payment and lower interest rate now.
