My questions were answered quickly and our home refinance from initial application to funding was completed in 25 days. I would call that great service.

The constant follow up about the refinancing status was excellent. Kind, respectful and very accomodating employees and ready to help in all inquiries.
Overall, we had a good experience. It was the need to submit the last minute payoff statement that threw us for a loop. Thankfully, the company that I needed to get the statement from was able to expedite the document via email and over a weekend.
