There was some sort of miscommunication on the side of the title company. I sent them the paperwork needed, however they missed it. Unfortunately no one shared that with me so I kept receiving emails saying we were weeks out from closing, which I thought was going to affect my locked in rates. I continually checked in with my sales officer (Daniel P.) who was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, polite, and informative throughout the ENTIRE process. When you start this process you have a person assigned to you and I guess somewhere down the line that person change to another department and no one tells you the 1st person is no longer involved - then the second person introduce themselves and documents that are needed was never communicated and you guys are waiting and we don’t know they were needed - We signed our documents on 24 January 2022 and we are still waiting for our Money to be deposited into our account and we get a Survey to fill out - We are not sure it’s Cl... read more
