My M.A.C. Team did a great job and I will definitely use PennyMac as my mortgage company in the future.

I was dreading refinancing because of how difficult it would be. It was so much better than I thought. Staff was always thorough and helpful.
The cash at close , was given to me by penny mac at one amount and at closing with the escrow company was twice the amount. We had to postpone it twice and still could not get it resolved.

They entire team at PennyMac is great! Despite the volume of business the staff is currently supporting, we appreciated the fact that when our contacts were speaking with us, they did not make us feel rushed nor did they come across as rushed or impatient. I finished with a Great new payment and paid off of my larger Bills! Closing was Very Good and straight forward, quite smooth and easy. It took me a long time to learn to use the Portal.
