Everyone is knowledgeable and can answer my concerns. They abreast me with timelines and making sure that I am informed and always checks if I have questions. Pennymac has way better process than my first lender. I just hope I got a little more discounts 😁
Everything was great. Only issue for me is the portal to upload documents is not mobile friendly. Needs a bit of work.
There was ample help in meeting the goals and expectations of the process. Each part was done quickly and communicated well... ample communication was given and process went smoothly.
