Very helpful and our loan with through faster than expected.
This was my second attempt at a refi. My first attempt was cancelled bc of complications with my certificate of eligibility. It seemed my previous loan officer was oblivious to requesting COE from the VA, although it was provided for my original loan through penny mac. The second attempt at refi was smooth and successful and everyone I dealt with knew what they were going. Thanks.
