Better communication within your office. I would fax stuff and then the next two days I was hounded to do the thing again. Then the fact that someone different always called and often took days to respond to my calls. Overall the worst business deal I have ever done.

This survey is difficult because I had no issues with Tony. He was polite, kind and efficient. That was not the case with the other two. I am very displeased and not at all happy with the way the loan turned out. But absolutely very pleased with Tony and his follow through.
My estimated loan costs increased several times as did the terms of my expected loan; Ms Sanchez was left holding the bag such that I did not receive return calls from my loan officer and manager. It was soooo stressful for me. Ms Sanchez helped escalate to the next level which eventually helped to resolve this $$ issue. The loan closed just a little later than expected which was not a big deal. In the end I did get the rate, closing costs that I wanted; it was as only the term that was longer.
