Escrow funds were not sent to us as requested…it transferred to the new loan. This info was relayed to the loan officer but we only received a $350 check. Contacted customer service on Thursday…he said the funds should arrive by the end of the month?

No one went over the numbers with me. I dont know if my property tax was paid or were all escrow went to. I still dont know where the money went.

Poor communication throughout the entire closing process. It went downhill once Nathan Reidel turned our loan process over to the group supposedly responsible. Our closing was delayed 3 days and terrible communication.
