PennyMac did a wonderful job helping me close on my home during my divorce. The Mac team was helpful and prompt with their communication, and the loan officers I worked with were knowledgeable and genuinely wanted me to get my home refinanced into my individual name. I already recommended their services to my Mother who closed on her home recently! Overall, I’m really satisfied with PennyMac.

It was an excellent experience
Wilson and all the team were great. Not helpful were the incessant phone calls. I answered many times only to tell you to stop calling me and to send me everything by email or to request a time to call if you have to talk to me. The overall process was great - transparent, accurate, linear, - just clean up the 'preferred contact method' process.

Terry was great to work with when it was passed off to Frank that was when the prosses whet bad it took more than three months
