Overall Great. Getting the same requests for docs that had already been supplied became annoying. However< this process is complete and were happy to have it done. Thank you.
PennyMac again made my lending experience simple and rewarding. Although only for a short time, I enjoy every interaction with PennyMac.

LaRonda and the MAC team were outstanding. They answered all my questions promptly and ensured I knew all steps in the process. I was very impressed with everything and that’s saying a lot considering I’ve gone thru this process multiple times. Thanks for everything!
Anfernee did a great job guiding through the process. He demonstrated his knowledge, answered our questions and communicated well.
My estimated loan costs increased several times as did the terms of my expected loan; Ms Sanchez was left holding the bag such that I did not receive return calls from my loan officer and manager. It was soooo stressful for me. Ms Sanchez helped escalate to the next level which eventually helped to resolve this $$ issue. Pamela was always kind, however she is either not experienced and needs more training or lacks the skill set to perform this job. In late November early December 2021 I asked Layal for a new loan processor to take over for Pamela because I was not satisfied. That did not happen and what occurred afterwards for the next month until I closed it was a nightmare. Nancy was very professional and nice. The process was smooth up until the last few days. We feel like communicating good have been better. We were projected to close on Friday, 14 Jan. 22. Due to a a glitch with the appraiser, we did not finally close until4 pm 18 Jan 22 ( this was a holiday weekend). We lost 5 days of moving . This greatly impacted events (movers, U haul rental, moving out of rental etc). The appraiser provided a note to PennyMac on 10 Jan that a picture was needed to complete appraisal.
