It was fairly fast, reliable, and she answered all my random questions. The whole process was smooth. All positive, no complaints.
It was a very easy process. And the personnel were knowledgeable on the the process.
Streamline process. The only problem was the notary. She was not very professional.
Didn't close at the scheduled time because the "closer" didn't do their job when they were supposed to so they had to scramble the day of my closing to get the paperwork sent to the law firm and pushed our close back passed the scheduled time.
The whole re-finance process was handled with great courtesy and professionalishm. Even though the closing took a bit longer that was anticipated, I was informed about where we were in the process at each stage. I am very pleased with the team that worked on my VA refinance loan.
