The docs section needs actual examples of the docs, and links of where to get them. It is not enough that PennyMac requests a VA document. State the actual official document name, and include a link of where we can go as layman to download or request them!

Better communication, either via email or voice mail. I received multiple calls and the only voicemail left was to call back. So I called back, and nobody had any idea why I was asked to call. That's just unacceptable.

Things were great at the beginning with Ashlyn the loan specialist assigned to close the deal on the refinance. After we agreed to proceed, I feel like the process and customer service expectations declined substantially. It would have been nice to have had the same level of support and attention throughout the process and not just at the beginning to win our business.

I really never heard much from Janet. She didnt really help the process any more. She never really communicated what the details of the loan were going to be.

Pamela Wilcox was professional, attentive and friendly. She responded with integrity and compassionate when the loan process was delayed due to circumstances beyond her control and scope. I appreciated and respected her efforts.

The online system to enter documents is not the most user friendly, which resulted in sending documents via email. It would be easier to just send everything via email.
