Andrew was friendly and professional, he was very clear about everything and made it all so easy!
The loan originator was polite and pleasant the first time we spoke. After it he either did nor return my emails or it took an escalation to his supervisor to get him answered. He misrepresented the cost of the closing, did not address my questions, and I needed to get his supervisor on a phone to resolve all issues. At the end it all went well, but it was roller coaster of emotions close/ not close with PennyMac. I was even started preparation for switching to another company for refinancing. Cindy assistance was above my expectations. She took time to keep me informed on the progression of my loan approval and answered each of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. Should I need to go through the loan process again in the future, I'd definitely appreciate working with her once again.
