The Penny MAC team, from my initial contact to every member that worked on our loan, was always very clear and communicative with all document requests and changes to our closing. They wanted to insure that we were getting the best loan to fit our needs. and worked hard to make sure we closed well within our expected date. I am so glad that I used Penny MaC and have recommended them to others.
Everything was explained clearly and concisely. The time frame was explained and honored. There were no hiccups or delays. Everyone involved was professional and friendly.
Was kept up to date on the status during the loan process, which was really appreciated.
Everything went pretty smooth but it seem like I talk to a number of different people and someone asked me the value of my house and I said I didn’t really know that I only know what I’m paying for it and then they gave me a number higher than I expected. Then when it came down to the closing I asked about it and he said he don’t know where they got that number from because you have to pay to have the house appraised.
