Loan was smooth for the most part , some confusion on request documents but the process was good

Loan process was organized and executed with ease. Customer care was excellent.

My closing cost was changed from what I was originally told to when I signed final documents and still have not gotten an answer as to why. I was told 3 different times for a bank account that had a certain amount of money for reasons I’m still not completely sure of. First time the amount requested was $1,400, then the second time was $1,900, and the final time it was requested at $4,200. It just kept changing for reasons unknown to me. Just a few things that weren’t explained very well to me that could be better.

Refinancing was easy and all questions were answered.
Made it very easy, and professional
Refinance process went really fast, love that. Only not so great part is my credit score is awful now but that’s out of everyone’s control. Izabella Boyd also was SUPER helpful when I had questions I needed answered. Very pleased that I will have a lower payment and lower interest rate now. I got very very lucky and I am incredibly grateful.
