fter speaking with Denny Giardna of PenneyMac for a ew minites, I was advised that my property had enough equity to make the frfi wothwhile. Following his advice, I provided my information, and I agreed to have my house appraised. Denny was a pro all along the process. When I had questions or concerns trying to get through on the telephone was very difficult. I’m not sure but I think it’s because of COVID-19 and people working at home.

There were delays with the approval that at times was not clearly or promptly communicated to me. I believe if you add more opportunities to escalate issues to managers or supervisors to assist in answering questions, it will help your process.
