This is the second time that I’ve wanted to do a cash out refinance and the second time that I have been told that I didn’t qualify. but, I do qualify to refinance at a lower rate and have to start over again. Not going to do this again with PENNYMAC unless it is a cash out refinance. If PENNYMAC cannot do it, I will find a company that can.
Better communication, and to many hands in one pot to answer questions we had.

Pennymac offers the best loans rates and I have spoken to a lot of knowledgeable people. I just had problems with the loan agent assigned to me. My loan agent did not have any knowledge regarding my situation and gave me the wrong information every time which caused me time about 2 months from the original day I was suppose to close. She also had to ask a supervisor everytime I have any questions. Very poor service and knowledge from my agent. But as far as PennyMac go's I love it! I would recommend to friends and family.
Great service that I enjoyed from PennyMac. The process was smooth and on time. Some of the forms and process I had a problem Understanding what was being requested but Jay Kneeland was especially helpful and patient. I am especially happy because he has saved me from over paying for my house a small fortune.
There is not anything I can think of to make it great
