I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. It was a fast and easy process , everything was done in a timely manner!
even though some info. requested were requested over again and simple questions took too long to be presented to me, i am grateful for the results, they also told me it would be $80.00 LESS, BUT it was way less than that.
Easiest mortgage refi we have ever had. Pleasant and knowledgeable agents. Everyone we spoke with was amazing.
My experience with Penny Mac was very pleasant and stress free.
Some of my low scores are because I never communicated with Joe Cochran at all. His team did a pretty good job of helping me out when I had questions, though. Regarding document collection: I was asked to provide documents that weren't actually necessary. This made it look like I had open tasks to complete, even though I didn't. The interface showing tasks and what documents I need to provide is totally awesome, but that was somewhat negated by the unnecessary tasks.
