Process was easy and straightforward. All questions were answered and guidance was given. People were helpful and friendly.
easy process, everything was uploaded electronically and securely. Communicated needs and expectations of process and paperwork needed by PennyMac team. Only had to submit 1 document twice and could have used a little more info on what to expect after notary visit. Overall great experience and customer service.
PennyMac provided a smooth, structured (ReFi) loan process; beginning with a detailed up-front loan process explanation and followed up with weekly progress updates. Concerns/questions were answered in timely manner and the loan completed in stated timeline.
