1.- on long waiting time from some processes, a call/message to confirm the process was still moving would be appreciated. In some instances I was calling to ask for the status. 2.- I receive payment stubs in Spanish language since I work on a Mexico based company; on previous mortgage refinance, it was good enough with them and a call to my boss. Someone who is on top of their assignments. I called many times seeking clarification on the process and timeline because the emails I was sent automatically did not match what I was being told by Anita and not matching what should be happening. Also it was clear my questions annoyed her with the attitude I could hear and that was also relayed to my wife when mentioning That she (Anita) had talked to me.
