Quick and simple process.
I'm not great with the technology, perhaps a flattening of my learning curve would have helped.
Always answering the phone to provide clarity on requests and loan status. There was a glitch getting the paperwork to the notary and we missed our 1st closing date. I believe the problem was with the title company.
Process was smooth with few of any issues. Team addressed all my questions promptly.
When I called I talked to a different person , that would give me a different answer, made the whole experience very stressful
Great experience overall. Only thing I didn't care for was the request for a letter stating a break in work history for my wife when she was in Grad school. I asked why it was required and no one could give me a reason. We have multiple loans through PennyMac and this seemed odd. We eventually just submitted the letter to keep the process moving but no one ever gave me a reason why it was needed.
Sara had such a great attitude and explained the process to me. She was also gracious and kind on the phone, and she epitomizes how customer service should be done. I am very happy that I closed the loan in time before rates went up!
From beginning to end it was such a pleasure to do business with a company like this. From my initial conversation with Courtney to Roderick to the closing it was fast, efficient, and easy. Zero stress. Thank you!
