Let the potential borrower easily get in touch with people who are actually working on the loan! Have respect for the potential borrower's time. Deal honestly with customers. Have those same people respond to emails in a timely manner, or at the very least respond eventually! PennyMac apparently has ZERO interdepartmental communication; this was an ongoing, endless source of mistakes and delays.
