If I would have had the real personal communication I requested and was promised multiple times during the process. No expectation was ever followed that was set in the beginning, and I feel like I just got farmed out for a refinancing that I could have gotten from anywhere else. Even after closing I still had no expectation on what to expect aside form automatically generated emails, and never heard from anyone again. It was a pretty easy process, and I'm glad I did the refinance.
Better communication around requests - many things could have been avoided if there was an actual conversation with the requestor. Doucumentation was still being requested 2 days before closing. I never knew if what was provided answered the questions or not. I wasn’t allowed to up load all the documentation requested in the portal (like much of the other documents) not did what I send in ever show up on the portal. The beginning of our experience with Ivan Grigorian was outstanding. Once we were transferred to Cynthia Crouse communication was horrible. She didn’t follow up on any of the details for the closing date or appraisal which ended up delaying the closing. She was out a lot and we could not reach her and she didn’t respond to emails. I have bought and sold 6 other homes and never had an experience like this. Thankfully Lara Leighton took over and kept in close communication so we knew what was happening.
