I know that covid has effected almost every work place. If Tracy wasn't available, another person was always super helpful! It was sort of a crazy closing due to covid hitting the closing place as well, but we got it done!
Sandrea is the consummate professional. She provided timely updates, followed up on my behalf as needed and made the process smooth. I’ve closed many mortgages but this was hands down the best overall experience, ever!
