Signing the closing documents was tedious, and we felt she was cold, and less than pleased to be here, and explain things when requested. It was talking like talking to an automatron.
I honestly didn’t want to do a refinance due to all the paperwork I thought would be expected of me BUT to my surprise the whole process was easier than I could have ever imagined!!! Everyone I had to work with from beginning to end were so informative and pleasant and they helped me with anything I needed! This entire process took less than 3 weeks and I was on vacation at my sisters in another state when a notary came to have me sign all the paperwork taking not even 45 minutes!!! Received zero response from Zachary Knudsen when I had questions. He told me to reach out with questions, I did and there was no response. He also lied to me about what to expect concerning skipped payments. I feel played.
