When asked how much "payout" requested, we were not told how much would be deducted for processing. We asked $50,000 and expected $50,000. Feel entire process took to long to complete (took almost 4 months). Otherwise we were very pleased with service.

I attempted to refinance some time ago. I called, emailed, and did not receive a response. However, I received an unbelievable amount of robocalls and sales calls from Pennymac. I HAVE REFINANCED WITH PENNYMAC - PLEASE MAKE THE CALLS STOP! Also, the amount of paperwork was the same as my initial loan. I had the assumption and was told I would have less paperwork. Raven was awesome. She called me at least once a week and gave me updates on the process. The one problem we had with a document I had never heard of regarding solar panels was quickly resolved by Raven. Raven called us and gave the exact instructions for the closing which went off without a hitch.
