Crystal always went above and beyond to keep me up to date with where we were in the application process. She always answered any questions I might have, in a thorough and helpful manner. She is terrific!

Great customer service associate. Absolutely applaude your associate Ian Burkhardt who walked me through it all. Give that man a raise or bonus. He earned it! He is who made it smooth and supported me. He is a great specialist. Kudos to him!
Charles Norice was extremely rude and impolite during the entire process.
I don't feel like I had to provide much and/or more than once. Anytime I emailed a question it was answered in a timely manner. Any errors that were made were corrected quickly.
