They contacted me at a minimum of one time a week and they told us all the steps and what to expect and most of all when to expect it. As for friendly and professional I give them 11 out of 10 and don’t give 10s very often because for that to happen

My only complaint is based on my initial application to get a home equity loan. You input your contact information so someone can call you. It took about 5 day for someone to call me.

I would never use PennyMac; they are the worst lender ever! Horrible service horrible process, and just horrible everything don't try reaching out to them once they hit 5:30 PM EST they won't respond they'll be OOO so fast you might as well just pray that your loan closes
