Great experience
My experience was wonderful!
None of the poor side of this experience was from Sara! The entire process prior to meeting Sara was a huge cluster and communication was zero. I appreciate Sara and all she did to make the experience better after such terrible customer service prior.
Process was great, we are first time homeowners and didn’t know much about the process but they walked us through what we should expect and explained most of what we needed.
The ease of every step being communicated clearly and effectively. The level of respect for my time.

The process of refinancing was quicker and much easier than we expected.
The whole process was fine up until yesterday. I was told loan would close yesterday and that I did not need to make my January and February payments. Individual informed me yesterday that I would need to make my January payment or there would be a late charge. I hope there is not an issue with this.
