The M.a.c. Team was very professional and efficient. We received thorough electronic communications and if we had any questions, a team member assigned to our loan process responded promptly. We felt comfortable and included along every step of the process.
Definitely had to deal with way to many people. Everyone is always telling you something different. When doing a loan closing you should only have to deal with no more than 3 people & hopefully they are all on the same team
From start to finish, all of the Penny Mac team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We have been burned by other companies in the past. This was so easy and fast, I will never use another company.
