Was promised a closing within 60 days, which did not happen. This cost me money that I would not have had to pay had I closed within the 60-day time period. Also, I closed a week ago and have yet to see my funds deposited into my account.

I didn’t have to leave my house for the closing. PennyMac took care of it by sending a notary to my home to sign all the paperwork. Very quick and easy!
Very good communication from start of process to end of process. Closed sooner then expected wich worked out perfectly.
