Well I received the checks but I’m a bit confused. When I started this refinance discussion, I was looking to refinance the loan balance of approximately $230,000 + $20,000 to pay off the credit card + $5,000 to finish my families immigration. That total would have been $255,000. The total PennyMac came back to me was $256,000 and that seemed ok. Now the bad news.
