My LO failed in asserting my proper W2 income to underwriting. W2 was $160,000 in 2020. In 2021 as of Dec. 1, employee paystub already showed $160,000 earned. Yet, because I also own 2 other companies of which i was not an employee, he reduced my W2 income to $5,700 monthly $68,400 - LESS than half my W2 income. The only issue that I had was PennyMac was calling for payment before funding. Also the Title co was underfunded $25 that I am taking care of now.
I don't wish to give a review but everything was great.
Our refinance loan was explained and handled very professionally. Amanda made it all very clear and understandable. It took a little longer than we thought it would but it all worked out great in the end.
