Not having constant last minute changes.
It was difficult to get ahold of the people I needed at PM when I needed them. It all ended up working out fine, but the web interface made document access difficult sometimes, it kept opening new applications causing annoying phone calls and letters etc etc
The entire appraisal process was very frustrating. Both my agent and I had to check in on time sensitive updates regarding the appraisal to find out that progress was made and we were not notified. Every piece of information that we were informed about throughout the loan process was prompted with either a phone call or email by my agent or myself. Be diligent with timelines and having clear communication to manage expectations would have been appreciated.
