I can tell you what could have made it better... and I'm not sure this falls on Gianna or someone else but the title company (the one PennyMac recommended) and PennyMac could not get on the same page about what the closing costs were supposed to be. My loan officers kept telling me closing costs were ZERO. But I kept getting emails from the title company telling me I owed $720.
