Great people and the service was clear and everything happened the way they said
There was a lot of miscommunication there were two appraisals the 1st completed before penny mac and the one that they looked at all the work had been completed and I had to call every single day for three weeks none of my phone calls were ever returned it was extremely frustrating / Theresa Dettloff was extremely helpful out of the California office Sumayah was helpful at the very end towards closing

Quick and simple process.
Always answering the phone to provide clarity on requests and loan status. There was a glitch getting the paperwork to the notary and we missed our 1st closing date. I believe the problem was with the title company.
