Not having constant last minute changes.
It was difficult to get ahold of the people I needed at PM when I needed them. It all ended up working out fine, but the web interface made document access difficult sometimes, it kept opening new applications causing annoying phone calls and letters etc etc
The constant updates, even thou I was asked for docs I had already given.

Everything was exactly as expected and done in an expedient fashion
Very helpful in completing the process, very professional when communicating with individuals over the phone and email.
Pennymac staff made the refinance experience very easy despite the everyday challenges due to Covid-19 and it's variations. I thank my Loan officer/Representative for being patient with me and enlightening me of the process from start to finish .
Clear concise and easy language used to communicate and it helped us be confident in decisions made by us through the process.
