5 star very easy to work with always knew what was going on .Really enjoyed the fact I got an email and call every week letting me know what was going on . I will always be thankful for the way I was treated
Very friendly and helpful.
Lack of communication was a major problem. We had our closing cancelled several times. Once, I was not even told about the cancellation. The other two times it was cancelled, I had to call and ask if we were closing the evening before.
Had trouble reaching agent. Did not make corrections as requested. Had to request multiple times.
The application started in Nov, we closed in January. No lag on my part, I submitted all requested docs immediately or in less than 24 hours. I completed a refi in Oct with another bank & end to end process only took 2 weeks.
The streamlined refinance was quick and relatively painless. Exactly like they said it would be. Thank you!
