Jennifer Green is what made our experience great. When we were first granted our mortgage (through another company that was not Penny Mac) the process was dreadful. Meeting after meeting, documents coming in the mail, documents to pick up in person, meet at the title place to sign papers. It was time consuming, and stressful process. This time around (refinancing with Penny Mac) Brent Dukes got us started, was quick on the turn around to get the preliminary information and get us hooked up with Jennifer.
