Early in process the response to inquiry was not as good as it was later.
I spent a lots of time tracking down documents that were sent in to service link.
Great overall service
I never spoke with Willie Williams. Angie Wu sent me some documents that were incorrect. No one has sent me notice that my loan closed. PennyMac is good at starting a loan and poor and finishing the job.
