Very quick, and handled very professionally.
It was one request after another from October-Jan. Process seemed to drag on and on and sometimes Ms. Stafford didn't communicate what was needed until I asked her then would receive no communication back from her to be sure nothing else was required. We had no confidence the refinance would actually happen.

It’s not Nayely fault, I was set up with her while she went on vacation for 2 weeks.. I did 2 refinances at one time which created some confusion for you guys Internally, her manager never called me back… I got set up for my signing and the docs weren’t there I waited at the title office for 1 hour having to call in to the loan doc person who Clotilde not talk to me.. every time I talked to someone there was a different answer..
