Great people
Jamie was very easy to speak with and when you had a question, he would find out the answer for you. He didn't stop working with us until the closing was complete.
The rep was very polite and communicated everything. She followed up with me and courteous.

Penny Mac did all the work all we had to do was sign the paper work it was great and smooth....
The overall experience was great, however I was a little disappointed with how long it took to close on my loan.
