when we had a question, karina was not always available. someone else on the team would answer. none of them could answer and said they would get back to us. they never did. we did talk with one person whose name is richard herrera and was able to answer my questions & was a great help.
I had to start all over because I wasn’t told photos had to be in to keep it going, I was told to “expedite” they would need to be in. The reason they were late was because the appraiser and lender kept us bouncing back and forth trying to figure out specifications for a needed repair. After resigning to the fact I’d have to start over, everything moved faster, even though I’d have to resubmit everything.
