Don't ask for documents which are already submitted. Have the rep check first before calling. Happened twice. Then nothing to do with Chaix , but my loan hasn't been setup online yet and now I am waiting on hold for 35 minutes to try and get this resolved......change your messaging as well.....maybe some music. I don't need to hear how pennymac can help me when i can't get through......

Our refi with PennyMac went great. Thanks to a great team that communicated accurately each step of the process and were quick in answering our questions the whole process, from application to closing, was as easy as baking a Granny Smith pie. The best part is we never had to leave our home for any part of the process. I would highly recommend PennyMac for your home financing and refi needs. By the way...Our refi has saved us a net total of nearly $1000 per month by allowing us to pay off c.c. and two high interest loans.
