Better communications inside your company structure it just seemed like one person did not know what the other one was doing and handling all the paperwork and getting documents and even confirming things but overall it was it OK experience for me

I absolutely LOVED working with Sandra and Gavin Sears. There were some outstanding questions I had, that made me a little uncomfortable, that Sandra answered properly and promptly to put me at ease!!!!! The main purpose why the disconnect, is those questions were more for my processor or Underwriter, which I feel Gavin doesn't deal with often. Took longer than expected. Faye wasn't very pleasant nor responsive. Too many different people to speak with. I was way more proactive than PennyMac. Brett Fraser was AWESOME however. Thank goodness for him. He took care of everything

Everyone at the MAC team was great. They told me exactly what documents were needed and it went very smooth. The notary that came to the house to close was very well prepared. It was great!!
