Julianna was awesome! She listened to my concerns, tackled them, and ask what solution would convince me that refi was a good option. Then, she exceeded those goals! Super happy we waited to refi and had a knowledgeable professional to assist me in getting the best rate I qualified for with least amount of fees. Do no regret one bit! Great and easy process!
I was told what my new payments would be if I went through with the refinance. During the process I was given several different closing disclosures with different numbers. On the day of the closing I got still different numbers and a higher payment than was ever agreed on. Also I was told that with the VA IRRL the recoup time had to be less than 36 months. According to our closing documents mine is now 48 months. Our payment is $18 higher than originally agreed on (about $6,500 more over the life of the loan). More con... read more
