Too many different people calling and not recording last communication in the system. Payment changed alot, closing date changed several times, closing location and time changed. Mobile notary never printed me copies from closing.
No one is on the same page. Instructions were given differently depending on who you talked to. I expressed my concern with the closing payouts being wrong and nothing was done. I did what I was advised to do and it was still the wrong way and was to late to fix.
Everyone was very helpful
It was definitely worth it, good time to sell with the way everything's going in life today. PennyMac was and still a great company, Joselyn Nieves was great she explained everything to me and if she couldn't she got back to me about it,loved that about her in fact I didn't even have to switch my mortgage company I'm still with the team .
