A quicker closing. Apparently my previous loan holder did not receive proper communication on how to get my statement to Pennymac in a timely fashion. I had to personally clarify this with my previous company and get the required documentation to Pennymac myself. If I had not been proactive in this, no telling how long my loam would have been held up. Went quickly
The whole process was very clearly explained since the beginning. The team replied to my messages in very good time. Being able to upload the documents is a great tool and having somebody to come to our house to get the hard copies of all closing documents signed, ajusting to our schedule was just the cherry on top of the cake! Thanks!
Actual communication with the same representative, responses to emails, proper expectations to get repairs done. The whole process was caused so much anxiety and that could have been reduced.
Julie was great! My name was spelled wrong on every closing doc and the disbursement checks but this was quickly corrected. The credit card payoff process was not clear and we were surprised when we received the checks ourselves. So this part of the princess and expectations could have been communicated more clearly but other than that we were pleased with the overall process.
It went very well
The PennyMac refinance process for existing customers was quick, easy and seamless. When we found a better rate at another lender they were proactive to earn our business. Our process manager Devin was thorough, an excellent communicator and patient with our questions. A truly great overall experience!
