It was great
I had to apply 3 times to finally get the loan funded. I was told my ex husband did not need to be at closing but there were documents for him to sign at closing. I was very annoyed when my rate lock time was shorted.

Great. Everything went smoothly and had weekly check in during the process
Process was relatively easy. Delay by appraiser affected closing date. Last minute info requests delayed closing a little. All was good.
I liked the weekly update that Iam provided. He was also able to answer my questions expeditiously. Although I am not very good at working with new technology the process was fairly simple once I had learned my way around the system.
