I really appreciated the communication that Noemy provided for the most part. I was frustrated with having a closing date set and then additional documentation being required (formal payoff for a separate mortgage that funds from the cash out were being direct to) less than 24 hrs from closing, which pushed the closing back and disrupted my plans. It is most likely not Noemy’s fault, but it would have been good to have that requested much sooner.
When ever there were questions or concerns, Shalom was very prompt and curious. Super easy to work with.
