I think we had to many representatives changes. Wish we'd had LaRonda Hyde throughout the entire process. We felt she was only one who actually cared for us as customers 👍
Devin was informative and patience.
Clarity and continuity. With the staff being scattered all around it seemed like they did not have great communication. We started to feel like no one really knew what was going on with our loan.
